Kossuth High School "Lady Aggies" won the High School State Bowling Championship on March 18, 2015, at Thunder Bowl Lanes with a score of 2,775 bowled on March 5 at Fannin Lanes in Flowood.

Team included two returning senior bowlers—Alison Strickland (587 high series) and Samantha Talley—plus five additional seniors bowling for the first time: Abbie Clausel, Claire Cornelius, Jasmine Lee, Kaylee Martin, and Alyssa Rice, and eighth grader Kerissa Martin.

Kossuth finished second the previous season and won this year using a four-game pin count format instead of Baker Finals due to weather delays.

Senate and House commend and congratulate the team for bringing honor to their school, community, and the State of Mississippi.

Resolution to be presented to Coach Creighton Nelms and Principal Mike Kimmons and forwarded to the Alcorn County Board of Education.
