Recognizes the 50th anniversary of Magnolia Regional Health Center, a 200-bed acute care community hospital jointly owned by the City of Corinth and Alcorn County that has operated since 1965.

Acknowledges major facility expansions in 2007 and 2013, including new patient floors, surgical intensive care unit, cardiac center, radiology department with advanced imaging equipment, and emergency department.

Commends the hospital's quality achievements including 2013 Top Performer recognition by The Joint Commission, designation as one of six Mississippi hospitals achieving excellence in four quality measure areas, and three consecutive years on the Top 25 Most Wired Small and Rural Hospitals list.

Notes the hospital serves patients in Alcorn County, five surrounding counties in Northeast Mississippi, and three counties in Southern Tennessee.

Directs the resolution to be presented to the hospital's Board of Trustees, Alcorn County Board of Supervisors, City of Corinth Board of Aldermen, and the Capitol Press Corps.
