Commends Elizabeth Phillips, a senior at New Hope High School in Columbus, Mississippi, for receiving the 2015 Prudential Spirit of Community Award as a Distinguished Finalist.

Recognizes Phillips' two years of volunteer service at the "Joy Prom," a church-sponsored dance event for teens with disabilities, where she helped plan, decorate, prepare food, and served as an escort for attendees.

Notes the Prudential Spirit of Community Award is in its 20th year and presented by Prudential Financial in partnership with the National Association of Secondary School Principals to honor youth volunteers demonstrating extraordinary community commitment.
