Increases the window tint inspection fee from $5.00 to $25.00 per inspection performed at official tint inspection stations.

Changes the distribution of the $25.00 inspection fee: inspection stations retain $5.00, Department of Public Safety receives $17.00 (for operational expenses upon legislative appropriation), and $3.00 is deposited into the State General Fund.

Modifies the medical exemption certificate fee structure to charge $10.00 total, with the Department of Public Safety retaining $8.00 for trooper training schools and $2.00 going to the tax collector where the certificate was issued.

Effective date of July 1, 2016.
