Amends Mississippi Code Section 77-3-703 to require political calls to be governed by both Section 23-15-875 and the Mississippi Telephone Solicitation Act.

Expands the definition of "telephone solicitation" in Section 77-3-705 to include voice calls urging support or opposition for political candidates running for elective office.

Allows consumers to register objections to political phone calls with the Mississippi Public Service Commission, after which such calls become prohibited.

Effective July 1, 2016.
