• Renames the Public Employees' Retirement System of Mississippi Building located at 429 Mississippi Street in Jackson to the "Timothy Alan (Tim) Ford Building" with signage on the northern outdoor facade.

• Requires the Department of Finance and Administration to prepare a distinctive plaque inside the building detailing the background, accomplishments and service of Timothy Alan (Tim) Ford.

• Renames Pascagoula Public Beach in Jackson County to "Buffett Beach" in honor of Pascagoula native and musician James William "Jimmy" Buffett.

• Requires the Department of Finance and Administration to erect signage at the beach's easternmost, centermost and westernmost access entrances displaying "Buffett Beach" and prepare a plaque detailing Buffett's background and contributions.

• Takes effect July 1, 2016; no funds from the Public Employees' Retirement System Trust Fund shall be used for implementation.
