Increases dealer number fees from $37.50 to $50.00 and boat inspection fees from $10.00 to $15.00

Registration fees for boats under 16 feet ($7.50) and duplicate certificates ($5.00) remain unchanged

Establishes that registration fees validate boat registration for one calendar year, with option for multi-year registration at proportional annual rates

All fees are deposited into the Fisheries and Wildlife Fund to support administrative costs, conservation officers, water safety education, and waterway promotion
