Raises combination resident hunting and fishing license from $17.00 to $25.00.

Raises resident small game hunting and fishing license from $8.00 to $10.00.

Raises resident sportsman's license from $32.00 to $45.00.

Designates all revenue from license fee increases for recruitment, training, equipping, and compensation of conservation officers to fill existing vacancies.
