Amends Section 83-39-15 of Mississippi Code to revise grounds for denying, suspending, revoking, or refusing to renew bail agent licenses.

Replaces the conviction standard from "felony or crime involving moral turpitude" with "a crime that directly relates to the duties and responsibilities of bail agents," specifically including felonies involving fraud, dishonesty, breach of trust, or money laundering.

Maintains existing grounds for license denial or revocation including bond failures, misrepresentation, regulatory violations, court order defaults, and conflicts of interest with law enforcement or judicial positions.

Authorizes the department to assess administrative fines up to $1,000 per violation in addition to any criminal penalties.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
