Authorize the Commissioner of Insurance to issue cease and desist orders against licensed insurance providers engaging in unlawful activities, with violations punishable by fines up to $5,000 per violation.

Automatically deny, suspend, or revoke a nonresident producer's license in Mississippi if their license is denied, suspended, or revoked in their home state, with notification by mail and opportunity for a hearing within 10 days.

Exempt insurance producers who are at least 70 years old and have held a license for the preceding 10 years from continuing education requirements.

Allow the Commissioner of Insurance to take the same enforcement actions against nonresident producers as their home state takes, without prior notice or hearing in certain circumstances.
