Amends Section 27-19-81, Mississippi Code of 1972, to expand eligibility for harvest permits to include vehicles carrying disposal well waters.

Harvest permits allow vehicles hauling sand, gravel, wood chips, agricultural products, unprocessed forestry products, and now disposal well waters to operate on designated state highways (excluding federal interstate system).

Harvest permit fee remains Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) per permit with a one-year expiration date; permit displayed as a decal on upper left corner of windshield.

Fees collected from harvest permits are deposited into a special fund in the State Treasury and distributed quarterly to counties on an equal basis for road and bridge maintenance.

Act takes effect July 1, 2016; subsection (4) containing harvest permit provisions is set to be repealed July 1, 2016.
