Creates the Mississippi Anti-Corruption Task Force composed of 11 members including legislative committee chairs, state auditor representatives, Attorney General's office, district attorney, and appointed members from the Governor and legislative leadership.

Task force members shall elect a chairman and vice chairman, adopt rules for business, and receive per diem compensation as specified in Section 25-3-69 plus reimbursement for travel expenses.

Task force duties include conducting a comprehensive study of corruption problems affecting state officials and employees, examining anti-corruption approaches used by other states, and providing guidance to municipalities, counties, and agencies on avoiding corruption.

Effective date is July 1, 2016.
