Renames "Mississippi Technology, Inc." to "Innovate Mississippi" throughout Section 57-83-1 of the Mississippi Code.

Establishes an Innovate Mississippi Liaison Committee with three members each appointed by the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House of Representatives.

Grants liaison committee members the right to attend board meetings, receive financial reports and audits, meet with directors and staff, and perform liaison activities with their respective legislative houses.

Requires the liaison committee to submit an annual report to the Legislature by December 15 each year detailing Innovate Mississippi's activities, financial condition, and policy recommendations.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
