Amends Section 21-19-15 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 to remove the requirement that municipalities post signage within 250 feet of streets where parking is regulated or restricted.

Eliminates the prohibition that prevented municipalities from enforcing parking ordinances without adequate signage describing the parking regulation or restriction.

Applies to all public streets and roadways under municipal jurisdiction.

Effective date of July 1, 2016.
