Increases the maximum total workers' compensation recovery from 450 weeks to 520 weeks of the average weekly wage for the state (66-2/3%), exclusive of medical payments and permanent total disability benefits.

Removes the 450-week cap on permanent total disability compensation, requiring payment to continue until the employee's death instead of being limited to a maximum amount.

Updates temporary total disability, permanent partial disability, and temporary partial disability provisions to reference the new 520-week maximum period.

Updates death benefit provisions to apply the new 520-week maximum period for total weekly compensation payments to beneficiaries.

Effective date: July 1, 2016.
