Amends Section 19-25-13 of the Mississippi Code to revise the annual clothing allowance for plainclothes investigators employed by county sheriffs' offices to One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).

Authorizes county boards of supervisors to appropriate and pay the clothing allowance to plainclothes investigators at their discretion.

Allows boards of supervisors in Gulf Coast counties with populations between 31,700 and 31,800 (per 1990 Federal Census) to provide a One Thousand Dollar ($1,000.00) annual clothing allowance to the county jail administrator.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
