Increases the maximum additional compensation that municipal governing authorities may pay election managers from $25.00 to $50.00 per election.

Authorizes municipal governing authorities to compensate election managers who attend training sessions at a rate of not less than federal minimum wage nor more than $12.00 per hour, with a maximum of 16 hours of compensable attendance.

Brings forward sections 23-15-211, 23-15-225, and 23-15-227 of the Mississippi Code for possible amendment regarding election commissioner compensation and training requirements.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
