Requires inmates eligible for parole, post-release supervision, or probation to receive written and verbal notification of release terms before discharge, including supervision duration, conditions for reincarceration, and search authority.

Mandates notification inform inmates that their person, residence, and vehicle are subject to search or seizure by probation, parole, or law enforcement officers at any time without warrant or cause.

Requires Mississippi Department of Corrections to list released inmates on the National Crime Index Computer indicating their probation or parole status and duration for reference purposes related to search conditions.

Applies to inmates released on or after July 1, 2016, and amends existing parole, post-release supervision, earned probation, and probation statutes to include the notification requirement.

Clarifies that law enforcement cannot conduct searches under this authority solely for harassment purposes.
