Amends Section 67-3-45 of Mississippi Code to allow beer manufacturers with maximum annual capacity of 200,000 barrels to own and operate a brewpub in the same municipality as their principal business location on separate premises.

Requires both the manufacturing facility and brewpub to fully comply with all applicable state and federal law and operate within Mississippi's existing three-tier alcohol distribution system.

Exempts brewpubs licensed under Article 3, Chapter 71, Title 27 of Mississippi Code from prohibitions that normally prevent manufacturers from having ownership interests in retail establishments.

Effective date is July 1, 2016.
