Authorizes Mississippi residents to purchase distinctive Dallas Cowboys license tags upon payment of standard vehicle taxes and fees plus a $50 additional annual fee.

Distributes the $50 additional fee as follows: $44 to Alignment Jackson, Incorporated; $1 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund; $2 to the State Highway Fund; and $1 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

County tax collectors retain $2 from each additional fee for the county general fund and remit the remaining amount to the Department of Revenue monthly.

Replacement tags for lost or stolen distinctive tags cost $10, with 5% retained by the county tax collector and the remainder distributed according to the standard fee allocation.

Effective date is July 1, 2016.
