Amends Section 43-19-47 of the Mississippi Code to clarify compensation for full-time staff attorneys employed by the Child Support Unit of the Department of Human Services.

Establishes minimum annual salaries of $40,000 for staff attorneys and $50,000 for senior attorneys, with the Mississippi Personnel Board required to survey Attorney General's Office salaries annually and adjust the minimum accordingly.

Adds provision that staff attorneys receive an additional 10% of any attorney's fees collected by the Child Support Unit for cases the staff attorney works to completion.

Effective date: July 1, 2016.
