Amends Section 45-1-29, Mississippi Code of 1972, to expand laboratory analysis fee requirements to include individuals convicted of misdemeanors in addition to felonies.

Extends fee requirements to individuals who are nonadjudicated on misdemeanor cases under Section 63-11-30(14), in addition to existing felony nonadjudication provisions.

Maintains the $300 laboratory analysis fee imposed by courts when the Forensics Laboratory provided services, with an exception for cases where the court finds undue hardship.

Requires all collected fees to be deposited into the special Forensics Laboratory fund for authorized expenditures except salaries, wages, and fringe benefits.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
