Reduces the nonrefundable license fee for carrying concealed pistols, revolvers, or stun guns from $80.00 to $60.00.

Reduces the renewal fee for concealed carry licenses from $40.00 to $20.00, with the reduced rate also applying to Mississippi residents aged 65 years or older.

Maintains exemptions from license and renewal fees for honorably retired law enforcement officers, disabled veterans, and active duty members of the Armed Forces.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
