Authorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags to Mississippi residents who support Prevent Child Abuse Mississippi upon payment of an additional $30.00 annual fee along with regular registration fees and taxes.

County tax collectors retain $2.00 from each $30.00 additional fee for the county general fund, with the remaining $28.00 remitted monthly to the Department of Revenue.

From each $30.00 fee collected, distributions are: $24.00 to Prevent Child Abuse Mississippi, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

Replacement tags for lost or stolen distinctive tags cost $10.00, with the tax collector retaining 5% for the county general fund and the remainder distributed according to the same formula as original tags.

Effective date is July 1, 2016, and the distinctive tags expire concurrently with the vehicle's regular license tag year.
