Appointees by the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, or Speaker of the House may receive per diem compensation before Senate confirmation

Brings forward existing statutes on Regional Solid Waste Management Authority commissioners ($40/day per diem), juror fees ($25-$40/day for grand/petit jurors), and State Board of Medical Licensure members ($40/day per diem) for possible future amendment

Effective date of July 1, 2016
