Amends Mississippi Code Section 67-3-53 to prohibit beer and light wine retailers and their employees from accepting services, goods, or things of value paid for by manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, or their affiliates.

Prohibition applies regardless of whether the affiliation between the payer and provider is corporate or by management, direction, or control.

Exempts light wine and beer products themselves from the prohibition when provided in compliance with existing regulations.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
