Exempts insurance producers who are 70 years of age or older from continuing education requirements for license renewal, provided they have held an agent's license in Mississippi for at least 10 years

Current law requires 12 hours of continuing education for license renewals of 18 months or less, and 24 hours (including 3 hours of ethics) for renewals over 18 months

Adds the age/experience exemption to existing exemptions for nonresident agents with reciprocal agreements, limited lines producers, and nonactive agents

Amends Section 83-17-251 of the Mississippi Code of 1972
