Deletes references to the Electronic Protection Advisory Licensing Board from sections 73-69-5 and 73-69-7 of the Mississippi Code.

Repeals section 73-69-21, which created the Electronic Protection Advisory Licensing Board and governed member appointments.

Transfers advisory responsibilities for alarm contracting licensing rules and regulations from the board to the State Fire Marshal.

Renumbers definitions in section 73-69-5 to reflect removal of the "Board" definition, with lettered subsections adjusted from (d)-(w) to (d)-(v).

Effective date is July 1, 2016.
