Website must include detailed financial data such as entity names and addresses, expenditure amounts, funding sources, dates, budget categories, purposes, and copies of credit card statements, with both budgeted and audited figures available.

Data must be provided in downloadable, open structured format that allows users to systematically sort, search, and access information, with monthly updates and archived historical data remaining accessible.

Requires posting of total expenditures and per-pupil spending figures on the local education provider's homepage within one week of budget adoption and final audit, along with average daily attendance figures.

Local education providers must submit summary data to the state for aggregation and online availability, and provide an automated RSS feed for user notifications of database updates.
