Removes the exemption for sales of goods, wares, services, or merchandise by sample, catalogue, or brochure for future delivery from transient vendor licensure requirements under Mississippi Code Section 75-85-3.

Renumbers remaining exemptions in Section 75-85-3 from subsections (d) through (j) to subsections (c) through (i) following removal of the deleted exemption.

Retains existing exemptions for civic/nonprofit organizations, wholesale trade shows, fairs and convention centers, church/religious organization sales, garage sales, handmade crafts, licensed flea markets, and agricultural products.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
