Amends Section 23-15-807 of the Mississippi Code to require candidates and political committees to itemize expenditures paid to credit card companies on campaign finance reports.

Requires credit card expenditures to be listed individually by item title, purchase date, amount, description, and purpose for each vendor rather than reported as an aggregate amount.

Applies to expenditures paid to credit card companies, businesses providing credit card services, or similar entities providing credit or payment services for goods and services.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
