Requires manufactured home or mobile home owners to notify the tax collector of the county from which the home was relocated within seven days after relocation to another county.

Maintains existing requirement that owners register manufactured homes or mobile homes with the tax collector within seven days of purchase or entry into a county.

Maintains existing requirement that owners reregister with the tax collector within seven days when relocating within the same county.

Establishes a penalty of up to $25.00 for willful violations of manufactured home and mobile home registration and assessment laws.

Effective date: July 1, 2016.
