Amends Section 19-5-93 of Mississippi Code to add authorization for county boards of supervisors to donate annually to the Fannie Lou Hamer Cancer Foundation for establishment and operation of a cancer prevention and protection education center.

Limits cumulative annual donations to the amount generated in the county by a one-fourth (1/4) mill ad valorem tax on all taxable property within the county.

Donation authority is discretionary and does not authorize imposition of additional tax.

Effective July 1, 2016.
