Appropriates $193,523.00 from the State Treasury to the Mississippi State Board of Nursing Home Administrators for fiscal year 2017 (July 1, 2016 - June 30, 2017).

Authorizes 2 permanent full-time positions for the board with appropriated funds.

Requires the board to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2016, and submit future budget requests in comparable format.

Directs all revenue generated by the board to be deposited into a special fund in the State Treasury, with all interest earned remaining in the fund rather than going to the general fund.

Takes effect July 1, 2016, and establishes requirements that personal services funding for fiscal year 2018 shall not exceed fiscal year 2017 levels unless new programs or positions are added by the Legislature.
