Appropriates $1,407,177.00 from the Real Estate License Fund for the Mississippi Real Estate Commission for fiscal year 2017 (July 1, 2016 - June 30, 2017).

Authorizes 14 permanent full-time positions for the Mississippi Real Estate Commission.

Appropriates $415,173.00 from the Real Estate Appraisal License Fund for the Mississippi Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board for fiscal year 2017.

Authorizes 4 permanent full-time positions for the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board.

Requires both agencies to maintain complete accounting and personnel records matching Fiscal Year 2016 format and prevent Personal Services appropriations from exceeding Fiscal Year 2017 levels when annualized.
