Appropriates $167,201.00 from the Mississippi Athletic Commission Fund for fiscal year 2017 (July 1, 2016 - June 30, 2017).

Authorizes 1 permanent full-time position within the Commission.

Sets the Chairman's annual salary at $40,000.00 for service as ex officio recorder of permits and licenses.

Requires the Commission to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2016, with comparable budget request submissions for fiscal year 2018.

Restricts use of appropriated funds to comply with IRS Publication 15-A reporting requirements and prohibits use of general funds to replace withdrawn federal or special funds previously used for authorized salaries.
