Appropriates $121,205.00 to the Mississippi Auctioneers Commission for fiscal year 2017 (July 1, 2016 - June 30, 2017).

Authorizes 1 permanent full-time position for the commission with appropriated funds.

Requires the agency to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2016, and submit budget requests in comparable format.

Directs the commission to give preference to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when purchasing commodities or equipment with equal bids.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
