Appropriates $233,894.00 from special funds in the State Treasury to the Board of Examiners for Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists for fiscal year 2017 (July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017).

Authorizes 3 permanent full-time positions for the board to carry out its functions.

Requires the board to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2016, and to submit fiscal year 2018 budget requests in comparable format and detail.

Restricts the board from exceeding fiscal year 2017 "Personal Services" appropriations in fiscal year 2018 unless new programs or positions are added by the Legislature.

Effective July 1, 2016.
