Appropriates $28,152,014.00 from the State General Fund and $4,948,017.00 from special funds to the Office of the Attorney General for fiscal year 2017 (July 1, 2016 - June 30, 2017).

Authorizes 108 permanent full-time positions and 239 time-limited full-time positions within the appropriated funds.

Establishes performance targets for the Attorney General's office across multiple areas including litigation success rates, opinion processing timelines, consumer complaint response times, and Medicaid fraud convictions.

Allocates $1,000,000.00 to the Prosecutors Training Division and $800,000.00 from the Department of Health for the Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement Unit.

Restricts expenditures to purposes authorized by the Mississippi Constitution and state/federal law, and prohibits employment of persons related by blood or marriage within the third degree to the employing official.
