Appropriates $5,908,538.00 for House Contingent Fund and $4,338,128.00 for Senate Contingent Fund, with up to $15,000 and $10,000 respectively allocated to Mississippi Commission on Interstate Cooperation expenses.

Appropriates $1,761,514.00 for Senate member salaries, mileage, insurance, matching funds, and daily expense allowances for fiscal year 2017.

Appropriates $1,363,056.00 for joint legislative operations, $2,825,958.00 for Joint Legislative Budget Committee, $2,366,103.00 for Performance Evaluation and Expenditure Review Committee, $121,751.00 for Reapportionment Committee, and $450,000.00 for Code Committee.

Appropriates $2,544,899.00 to House and $1,105,122.00 to Senate for monthly expense allowances, and $380,587.00 for state share of various assessments including Southern States Energy Board, Interstate Cooperation, National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws, and The Energy Council.
