Reappropriates $14,940,489.00 to the Department of Finance and Administration's Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management from Fund 3393100000 for construction and repair projects at various state agencies and institutions previously authorized in HB 1562 (2015).

Reappropriates $2,130,201.00 from Fund 3390200000 for construction and repair projects at state agencies and institutions previously authorized in SB 2902 (2014) and SB 2896 (2013).

Reappropriates $14,620,817.00 from Fund 3390300000 for construction and repair projects at institutions of higher learning, community and junior colleges, and various state agencies previously authorized in prior fiscal years.

Expenditures cannot exceed the unexpended balance as of June 30, 2016, and must remain within the original purpose for which funds were authorized.

Authorizes the Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management to receive and expend state, local, or other supplemental funding for construction and repair projects, effective July 1, 2016.
