Schedules the repeal of multiple sections of the Local Privilege Tax Law effective July 1, 2017, affecting taxes on businesses, taxicabs, flea markets, laundries, pawn brokers, retail stores, weapon sales, drilling rigs, and optometrists.

Schedules the repeal of sections of the Slot Amusement Machine Tax Law effective July 1, 2017, which currently impose annual license taxes ranging from $18.00 to $45.00 per machine.

Schedules the repeal of the tax on vending and weighing machines effective July 1, 2017, with current taxes ranging from $2.00 to $10.00 per machine depending on type and coin deposit required.

Brings forward multiple administrative sections of the Local Privilege Tax Law and Slot Amusement Machine Tax Law for possible amendment, including provisions on license applications, collections procedures, exemptions, and enforcement.

Changes the Department of Revenue reference in the drilling rig tax section and takes effect July 1, 2016.
