Authorizes the City of Corinth, Mississippi to impose a special sales tax of up to 0.25% on goods and services already taxed at 7% or more under state sales tax law

Requires voter approval with at least three-fifths (60%) of voters supporting the tax in a public election before implementation

Dedicates all revenue exclusively to road infrastructure projects on Shiloh Road, Harper Road, and Tate Street, including repairs, resurfacing, sidewalks, utilities, and drainage improvements

Limits the tax to a maximum of 9 years, with automatic termination upon project completion and debt repayment

Allows the city to issue bonds backed by the tax revenue, with this debt excluded from the city's normal debt limit calculations
