Authorizes the City of Gulfport and Gulfport Redevelopment Commission to lease specified properties for economic and commercial development purposes for terms up to 60 years.

Permits leasing of seven specifically described parcels of land in Gulfport, including waterfront properties along the Mississippi Sound and various downtown properties.

Requires the governing authorities to adopt a resolution determining that the proposed use will promote civic, educational, cultural, economic, or industrial welfare of the city and that the developer is suitable.

Allows the governing authorities to correct errors in property legal descriptions and enter into related agreements such as loan facilities and covenants for up to 60 years.

Makes all actions by the Gulfport Redevelopment Commission subject to final approval by the City of Gulfport's governing authorities before taking effect.
