Authorizes the City of Gulfport's governing authorities to enter into contracts allowing commercial, corporate, business, or private enterprises to place their names on city park buildings and structures.

Permits naming rights contracts to extend beyond the term of office of current city officials at the discretion of the governing authorities.

Requires contracts to provide fair and adequate compensation to the City of Gulfport in exchange for the benefits, name recognition, advertising, and publicity provided to the private enterprise.

Allows the city to negotiate and enter naming rights contracts using the same procurement method authorized by law for professional services contracts.

Takes effect upon passage.
