Authorizes the Alcorn County Board of Supervisors to contract with the United States, other states, political subdivisions, or private correctional entities to house offenders at the Alcorn County Regional Correctional Facility

Limits eligible offenders to those classified as minimum or medium security who have no history of escape and are serving sentences for felonies or qualifying misdemeanors

Allows the board to enter into incarceration agreements for time periods acceptable to both parties, regardless of conflicting laws

Permits contracting with the Department of Corrections or other entities for inspection, monitoring, or assistance in maintaining facility safety and security

Explicitly prohibits housing maximum security offenders under this authorization
