Repeals the Common Core State Standards adopted by the State Board of Education and prohibits any further implementation or use, effective July 1, 2016.

Establishes California's K-12 math standards (as of January 1, 2010) and Texas's English Language Arts standards (as of January 1, 2010) as Mississippi's interim standards for those subjects.

Requires the State Superintendent and State Board of Education to immediately initiate withdrawal from the Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC) consortium and prohibits use of PARCC or any assessment based on Common Core.

Mandates that any curriculum standards developed outside Mississippi must undergo public hearings in each congressional district, a one-year open comment period, and approval by a joint House-Senate Education Committee before legislative adoption.

Restricts the Department of Education from sharing personally identifiable student or teacher information with entities outside the state, commercial entities, or the federal government without specific written agreements and parental/teacher consent.
