Adds new grounds for revoking educator licenses under Mississippi Code Section 37-3-2(12)(n): administrators who served as superintendent or principal during a period when their district or school was designated as failing for three consecutive years based on accreditation rating system letter grades.

Applies the revocation provision to both superintendents of school districts and principals of individual schools that receive failing designations for three consecutive school years.

Becomes effective July 1, 2016.
