Increases maximum assistance per county from $650,000 to $720,000 under the Rural Fire Truck Acquisition Assistance Program administered by the Department of Insurance.

Adds a twelfth fire truck to eligible purchases, allowing counties to receive up to 12 trucks instead of 11, with trucks seven through twelve funded at up to $70,000 each.

Adjusts eligibility tiers so counties that have previously received trucks can apply for additional trucks, with counties that received 11 trucks now able to apply for one final truck.

Requires counties and municipalities to pledge matching funds equal to at least one-tenth of the requested distribution amount for up to 10 years to remain eligible.

Takes effect July 1, 2016, with the Department of Insurance required to maintain records of distributions and file reports to the Legislature on program expenditures.
