Increases the number of unmarked vehicles allowed for the Mississippi Department of Corrections Community Services Division officers from three (3) to nine (9) vehicles.

Authorizes the Commissioner of the Department of Corrections to designate additional specified unmarked vehicles when identifying marks would hinder official investigations, with authorization containing the manufacturer's serial number, state inventory number, and justification.

Requires the Department of Corrections to furnish written authorization for unmarked vehicles to the Department of Audit, including reasons for the exemption from standard vehicle marking requirements.

Replaces references to the "Mississippi State Tax Commission" with "Department of Revenue" throughout the section.

Effective date: July 1, 2016.
